Take a Look


This 49,000 sq ft building occupies 3.14 acres of the Oak St./Kelton cross-section. The lot formally was used to operate daily the streetcar system to trolley coaches in  the mid 1900s.

The property was purchased for $6,800, by Columbus & Southern Ohio Electric Company a subsidary of American Electric Power in 1937
